AirAsia unveils the new Santan inflight menu and launches the MyCorporate for business travelers
AirAsia, the largest and leading low-cost carrier in Asia based on the number of passengers carried, has an extensive network that spans to over 120 destinations. Santan inflight menu
ASEAN flavors, healthy food options, tasty snacks, variety of beverages, and special merchandise and gift items are the latest AirAsia offerings in its Santan inflight menu and catalogue that was recently unveiled. Its featured signature dishes include the Philippine’s Chicken Adobo, Singapore’s Chicken Rice, Malaysia’s Nasi Lemak, and the Thai Green Curry with Rice, an aromatic chicken curry infused with authentic Thai spices served with fragrant white rice.
AirAsia Philippines’ Head of Ancillary Karlo Sanchez remarked, “We are delighted to offer variety and only the best meals from across the Asean region including our very own Filipino Adobo. These hotmeals are available on all AirAsia flights across our extensive network in the whole of Asean, extending as far as India, China, Australia, Japan and United States.”
Completing AirAsia’s Santan menu is a new dish for pasta lovers with Chicken Lasagne now available on-board and can be selected via online pre-booking. Chicken Lasagne is a tantalizing blend of chicken with assorted vegetables and classic creamy cheese that provide a refreshing taste. These meals with drinks are very affordable at only Php180 (around USD3.60).
MyCorporate for business travelers
With the business traveler in mind, AirAsia launched its suite of products through MyCorporate. It has three bundle options based on the traveler’s requirements and the company budget, namely, Fare Only, Corporate Lite and Corporate Full Flex.
For a budget package, the Fare Only charges solely the air fare, while add-ons can be availed for a fee. Those who prefer convenience but affordable price can opt for the Corporate Lite bundle that consists of air fare, a complimentary meal, dedicated check-in counter and standard seat assignment. Plus, guests can change their flight one time up to 24 hours prior to departure without any change fee.
For a more relaxing flight, the Corporate Full Flex bundle includes air fare, 20kg baggage allowance, a complimentary meal, Hot Seat assignment, dedicated check-in counter, Xpress Baggage, XPress immigration, Premium Red Lounge access**, priority boarding, travel insurance*** and full flexibility with unlimited flight changes up to two hours before departure without flight change fee*.
Corporate Full Flex guests can also enjoy GoShow, an exclusive product allowing them to standby on an earlier flight on the same day, to the same destination, with no added fees or fare charges.****
