Buffet Feast at Ripples Restaurant of L’Fisher Hotel

L’Fisher Hotel lies in the heart of Bacolod City and it is no doubt that most travelers who come to my city pick this as their home away from home. Others hold their special event here especially that their La Proa Ballroom can accommodate gatherings to as much as 1,500 people and can be converted three function rooms.

If you want to enjoy a feast of food, you need not go far because right inside L’Fisher Hotel is the Ripples Restaurant. Although it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the best time to dine at Ripples are weekend nights, especially between 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Friday dinner buffet is an Asian Seafood feast while Saturday nights are Oriental Flavors. These dinner buffets are priced starting at Php599 Net  (app. USD 12.75).

There’s plenty of food choose from. You can have some sushi or maki at the Japanese station. Create your own salad at the salad station. Pair your bread with the kind of cheese you like. You can also have pasta and soup. There are also steak carvings. Of course, the main dish varies depending on the buffet theme and other featured food dishes. Lastly, don’t forget to try the cakes, pastries an desserts from C’s Coffee Shop that are included in the buffet.

Even when we were invited to their Ripples Restaurant several times, we never seem to tire of enjoying the dining experience there with its homey and relaxed ambiance, especially when shared with friends and fellow Negros Bloggers. Watch out also for special promos or specially-themed buffet dinners featuring different cuisines at Ripples. Sometimes, they even invite guest chefs to prepare new dishes.

Bon appetit!
